Helpdesk pricing by ticket volume, not per agent licence
Supportifier is priced by ticket volume, not per agent. Four plans differ only in how many tickets you handle per month: 300, 1,000, 2,000 or 5,000, from $89 to $1,299 a month, with ten percent off for yearly billing. Every channel, every AI agent and unlimited agents are included in each plan, you can try it free for seven days without a card, and tickets above the volume cost $40 per started 100. Larger volumes and business system connections are quoted.
The short answer: Supportifier does not charge per agent. The price follows how many tickets you handle per month, from $89 for 300 tickets, and every plan includes every channel, every AI agent and as many agents as you like. You can start on your own with seven days free, no card needed.

What is included in every plan
Every plan includes the whole system: email, chat, AI form, help centre, customer portal, phone, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram in one inbox; the AI agents that answer from your reviewed knowledge base and check every claim against the source; unlimited agents; the e-commerce connections to Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento; and storage within the EU/EEA. The only thing you choose is volume.
What counts as a ticket
One conversation with a customer, in any channel. An email with three replies back and forth is one ticket. A chat is one ticket, whether the AI agent or a person answers. You never pay per seat, so inviting the whole team, part-time staff or seasonal agents costs nothing extra.
Above the volume
Nothing is switched off when you pass your plan's volume. Tickets above it cost $40 per started 100 tickets, charged to the card at the start of the next month, also on yearly billing. Incoming tickets are never gated. You can change plan at any time, and when you are regularly above the volume it is cheaper to move up.
Billing and trial
Payment is by card, monthly or yearly in advance. Monthly billing can be cancelled at any time. Yearly billing gives ten percent off. Invoicing is available through an Enterprise arrangement.
The trial is seven days with the whole system and no card. If you have not paid by day eight the account closes, with no invoice and nothing to cancel. If you pay, you carry on with the knowledge base you have already built.
What is quoted separately
Help with onboarding and knowledge work, more than 5,000 tickets a month, and connections to business systems such as Business Central, Visma Business NXT and Viskan ETM with ongoing responsibility are quoted as an Enterprise arrangement, in writing and before the start. You can build the knowledge base yourselves: import your website, documents and FAQ, review the suggestions and publish.
How this compares
Most helpdesks price per agent per month and add usage fees for AI. That makes the bill move with headcount and with how much AI you use. Supportifier's bill moves with one thing, the number of customer conversations, which is usually what the business already plans around. The comparison pages for Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk and Help Scout show list prices side by side.
