PartnersYou know the client. We build the knowledge.
We work with agencies, consultants and system vendors who meet companies whose customer service grows faster than the team. Together we give the client a complete setup instead of one more tool.
A partnership with Supportifier suits those who already help companies with e-commerce, web, customer service or business systems. The partner introduces clients or runs the implementation with us, and Supportifier provides the platform, the knowledge work and operations. The form and terms are agreed per partnership, after a first conversation about your clients and what you already deliver to them.
Who is a good partner?
You meet companies with many recurring customer questions that want their answers in order. Typical partners are:
- E-commerce and web agencies
- You build and run online stores and websites, and your clients ask how to handle customer service as sales grow.
- Customer service and operations consultants
- You help companies organise customer service, staffing and processes, and need a platform that keeps the knowledge together.
- System and integration vendors
- You deliver business systems, e-commerce platforms or industry systems that customer service needs data from.
What a partnership can look like.
We adapt the form to what you already do for your clients. Common setups:
- Introduction
- You see the need at a client and connect us. We take the walkthrough, the quote and the implementation and keep you informed.
- Joint implementation
- You own the client relationship and your part of the delivery, such as web or processes, and we handle the platform and knowledge work.
- Connection to your system
- Customer service needs data from a system you deliver. We specify the flow together before anything is promised to the client.
What you get from us.
A contact person for the partnership, walkthroughs of the platform for you and your clients, and a joint assessment of each client's needs before anything is offered. The client can start with a knowledge analysis of its own questions, so the conversation starts from evidence rather than assumptions.
- Knowledge analysis for your clients
- A concrete overview of which questions recur and where knowledge is missing.
How to get started.
Write to Martin Carlsson, co-founder, at mc@supportifier.se or book a walkthrough. Tell us briefly what you deliver and which clients you meet, and we will take it from there.
Common questions
Do partners get paid for clients they bring in?
That is decided per partnership. We agree on responsibilities, compensation and terms in writing after a first conversation, based on how much of the delivery you own and which clients are involved.
Do we need technical skills to become a partner?
No. Many partners bring in clients and own the relationship, while Supportifier does the implementation and knowledge work. Technical skills are only needed if the partnership includes a connection to a system you deliver.
Which clients are a good fit for Supportifier?
Companies with many recurring questions in email, chat or forms, often e-commerce, service companies and SaaS. The smallest customers start at SEK 79,000 per year, and each setup is quoted separately based on channels and volume.
