Last reviewed 2026-10-09 Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use supportifier.se, whether you navigate with a keyboard, use a screen reader, enlarge the text or read on a small screen. This page describes how the website meets the requirements and what we know falls short.
What this statement covers
This statement covers the website supportifier.se in Swedish and English. It does not cover the service at app.supportifier.se or the help centre at hjalp.supportifier.se.
We assess the website against the European standard EN 301 549, which refers to WCAG 2.2 at level AA.
How accessible the website is
The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Our own tests have found no remaining issues in what we have built ourselves, but parts that come from other services have not been reviewed yet, see below.
According to our tests:
Known issues
The booking calendar on the Book a walkthrough page is shown in a frame from Cal.com. We have not reviewed its accessibility. If you have trouble booking, email us and we will book for you.
The help button in the corner is loaded from hjalp.supportifier.se. It is currently being reviewed.
Small text. Some labels and captions use a small text size. This does not fail WCAG, since the text can be enlarged with the browser’s zoom, but we are reviewing the sizes.
Report a problem
If something on the website does not work for you, or you need the content in another format, email mc@successifier.com. Please tell us which page it concerns and what happened. We normally reply within two working days.
How we tested
We carried out the latest review ourselves on 9 October 2026. We ran automated tests with the axe tool against WCAG 2.2 levels A and AA on the main pages in both languages, in light and dark mode. We also tested by hand with a keyboard and on a 320 pixel wide screen.
