Start with your own questions.
Which questions recur? Which answers already exist? Where is knowledge missing? The analysis starts from your material and gives you a concrete basis for what to begin with.
A basis you can act on.
We agree what the analysis will cover before the work starts. An arrangement can include:
- The recurring questions
- Question types ranked by volume in the analysed sample.
- The knowledge that exists – and is missing
- Which questions existing material can answer, named knowledge gaps and conflicting or outdated answers.
- A concrete next step
- An assessment of possible AI assistance and automation, three example articles built from the material and a joint review of the results.
You do not have to start with a large export.
We start with a conversation about volume, channels and which sources exist. Then we decide on a suitable sample of conversations, website and existing FAQ or help centre. Material from different periods may need to be kept apart.
Agreement before any data transfer.
Selection, permissions, personal data handling, transfer method, storage, deletion, price and delivery need to be agreed before material is handed over. This website has no upload of customer tickets. Do not send conversations or personal data through the booking.
The result is a decision, not just a report.
In the review we separate what is actually in the material from what needs further investigation. The next step may be to improve the knowledge, start with draft answers or connect customer data in a limited flow.

From analysis to a limited rollout.
