Where is my order? Cut e-commerce's most common question
Order status questions fill the e-commerce inbox. How to answer before the customer asks, what applies when deliveries are late and how self-service helps.
An online store gets the same questions over and over: delivery, returns, changed orders, payment. Supportifier answers them with the store's own terms and the order's actual status, in the chat, in the form and in the inbox.
Supportifier is AI customer service for e-commerce that answers the questions an online store gets every day: where the parcel is, how a return works, whether an order can be changed and whether the payment went through. Answers are based on the store's reviewed terms and on data retrieved from Shopify, Magento or Viskan, from Qliro and Stripe, and from PostNord, DHL, DSV and CityMail. Anything that needs a person goes to the team with the order already looked up.
The answer is right when it is based on the order, the payment and the shipment. These are the e-commerce connections available today.
Most tickets in an online store are about a few things. When the answer is in the knowledge base and the order can be looked up, the customer gets it straight away.
Black Week and the Christmas rush bring many more tickets than usual, but they are the same questions. If the help centre and the chat answer them, the peak never reaches the queue. Whatever needs a person gets an agent with a draft answer and the order in front of them.
The same reviewed answers are used everywhere, so the chat and the email never say different things.
Start with order status and the twenty most common questions in the chat and the help centre. You see per ticket type how many are resolved without a person, and expand from there. We do the knowledge work and the setup; you review and approve.
Yes. Supportifier retrieves the tracking status from PostNord, DHL, DHL Express, DSV or CityMail and answers based on where the shipment actually is. The customer gets the answer directly in the chat or the form. If something has gone wrong, such as a delay, the ticket goes to an agent with the shipment already looked up.
Yes. Supportifier reads orders, payment and tracking in Shopify, and can also cancel an order and change an address in the flows you have approved. Magento and Viskan ETM are also available as connections, and Visma Business NXT for those who keep customer and order data there.
Questions about returns are answered from your reviewed return terms, so the answer says the same thing as your purchase information. A complaint often needs an assessment of the item, and then the ticket goes to an agent with the order and the customer's history looked up. If there is no source material, the AI says so instead of guessing.
The peak consists mostly of the usual questions about delivery, returns and payment. If they are answered in the chat and the help centre, they never reach the queue, and the team can spend its time on the tickets that need a person. Prepare the answers in September and October, before the pressure arrives.
The smallest customers start at SEK 79,000 a year. What your own arrangement costs depends on channels, volume and how much rollout and integration work is included, so it is quoted separately. With the ROI calculator you can work out what the freed-up time is worth to you.
