Public help centreThe answer is where the customer looks.

A public help centre with searchable articles and categories, built on the knowledge you have reviewed. The customer finds the answer without starting a conversation, and the same article can be found by search engines and AI assistants.

Short answer

Supportifier's help centre is a public website with searchable articles and categories, built on the company's reviewed knowledge base. Only content that is both published and marked as public is shown. The help centre can live on your own domain, for example help.yourdomain.com, and the same articles are used by the AI form, the chat and the inbox. A help widget is added to your website with a code snippet.

Can I change my delivery address?

The address can be changed before the order leaves the warehouse. Contact customer service and we will help you check what applies to your order.

One reviewed rule is used in all five examples. The public help centre shows published content only. Internal instructions and personal customer data are not public.

Different ways in — not five steps the customer has to pass through.

01

Self-service. Before the contact.

Most questions already have an answer. The help centre lets the customer find it before a ticket exists, in the search on your site or through Google.

Searchable articles
One article per question, with the answer first and the exceptions after. Categories for those who prefer to browse.
The same knowledge as the team
The article in the help centre is the public part of the same knowledge the agent sees in the inbox. When the rule changes, both are updated.
Findable outside your site
Published articles can be indexed by Google and read by AI assistants, so the answer reaches the customer even when the question is asked elsewhere.
02

On your website. With your brand.

The help centre and the customer portal can live on your own address, for example help.yourdomain.com, instead of an address with us. It requires pointing a subdomain, and we do the setup together. The look follows your visual identity.

Help widget
A small box in the corner of your website that searches the help centre, can start the chat and hands over to a ticket when needed. Added with a code snippet on the pages you choose.
API for published knowledge
The published knowledge can be read by your own systems, for example the app or the intranet. Read access to published content, nothing else.
03

Public and internal are two different things.

Shared knowledge does not mean shared access. Every article has a decision about who may see it: everyone, only the team or only signed-in customers. The help centre shows what is public. The rest stays where it belongs.

04

The questions without answers show what is missing.

Searches with no hits, and questions that keep arriving even though an article exists, are the most useful list you have. They show the knowledge gaps, and an improvement is drafted from the source material. You review before anything is published.

05

Common questions

Can the help centre live on our own domain?

Yes. The help centre and the customer portal can live on a subdomain of yours, for example help.yourdomain.com. You point the subdomain and we do the setup together. The alternative is an address with us.

What is shown in the help centre?

Only articles that are both published and marked as public. Internal instructions, automatically learned material and personal customer data are never shown in the help centre, whatever is in the knowledge base.

Do we have to write the articles ourselves?

No. We build the material from your past tickets, documents and website and draft article proposals. You review and approve what should apply. The person who knows the subject decides the content, not us.

Does Google find the articles?

Published articles live on ordinary web addresses and can be indexed by search engines and read by AI assistants. How to write them to be found is described in our blog, in the article on how help centre articles are found by Google and AI (in Swedish).
