Kundo alternative: price, AI and onboarding vs Supportifier

Short answer

Kundo and Supportifier are both Swedish customer service platforms built around knowledge, with a help centre, AI form, AI chat and ticketing. Kundo states that its price starts at SEK 8,000 per month; Supportifier starts at SEK 79,000 per year. The difference lies less in the feature list and more in the delivery: who does the knowledge work, which channels are included and how the price is itemised.

Kundo and Supportifier resemble each other more than most alternatives do: both are Swedish, both are built on knowledge and both have AI in forms, chat and inbox. The choice therefore comes down to the delivery, the channels and the price in your particular setup. This comparison is written by Supportifier, and the conclusions about suitability are our assessments.

What do Kundo and Supportifier offer?

Both offer a help centre, AI form, AI chat and ticketing on top of a knowledge base. A comparison that described Kundo as an old inbox without AI would be misleading.

According to Kundo's website, the offering consists of an agentic help centre, an AI form that answers before the form is submitted, AI chat for the website and ticketing in an inbox for forms, email, phone and social media. Kundo also describes a Knowledge Agent that keeps the knowledge base up to date, AI support with summaries, translations and suggested replies that the agent approves, as well as live chat, a forum and customer satisfaction measurement.

Supportifier consists of a public help centre, AI form, AI and live chat, an inbox with suggested replies, a customer portal, phone, and WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct in the same inbox. All channels use the same reviewed knowledge base, which we build during onboarding from your documents, your website and previous tickets. How it fits together is described on the platform page.

What does Kundo cost in 2026?

Kundo does not publish a price list with plans, but it does state a starting price. On Kundo's demo page, it said on 9 October 2026 that Kundo starts at SEK 8,000 per month, and that the price is adjusted according to users, volume and which features you use.

VendorPublished starting priceHow the price is set
KundoSEK 8,000 per monthBy users, volume and features, according to Kundo's website
SupportifierSEK 79,000 per yearBy channels, volume, onboarding and integrations

Kundo's starting price corresponds to SEK 96,000 per year if it applies for twelve months. It still cannot be compared directly, since we do not know what is included in Kundo's starting tier or how AI usage is counted. Ask for a quote with the same volume and the same channels. Capterra's page on Kundo states a different starting price in dollars, per user. We have not been able to verify that with Kundo, so go by Kundo's own figure and quote.

Supportifier starts at SEK 79,000 per year for the smallest customers. The price consists of platform and operations according to the agreed scope and volume, onboarding and knowledge work as a one-off effort, and any integrations. It is invoiced annually in advance, and you get the price, volume limits and terms in writing before you decide. More is on the pricing page.

Ask both vendors to itemise platform, onboarding, integrations, AI volume and overages as separate lines. It is not possible to say that one is always cheaper.

How do Kundo and Supportifier differ feature by feature?

On paper the differences are small, so the table mainly shows where you need to ask follow-up questions. The details about Kundo are as stated on Kundo's website.

Both handle phone and social media in the inbox, so ask how calls and messages become tickets and what help the AI gives during a call. Two differences are worth testing. Kundo has a forum where customers help each other. Supportifier has a customer portal and integrations that read orders, payments and tracking, for example Shopify, Qliro and PostNord, as described on the integrations page. Ask Kundo about equivalent integrations for your systems.

When is Kundo the better fit?

Kundo is the better fit when you already use it and it works, or when you want a customer forum and want to manage the knowledge yourselves. A working flow is a value that should be part of the calculation.

  • You want a forum where customers help each other.
  • You have your own capacity to manage the knowledge base with the support of Kundo's Knowledge Agent.
  • You are already a customer and the problem is the content, not the tool. Then knowledge work in the existing environment may be a better first step than switching.

When is Supportifier the better fit?

Supportifier is the better fit when you want the vendor to do the knowledge work and when the answers need to be based on data in your business systems. We build the knowledge base, you review, and the same articles are used in all channels.

  • You lack the time or the person to write and review the answers yourselves.
  • Customers ask about orders, deliveries and payments, and the answer should be based on what applies to them specifically.
  • You want a customer portal where the customer follows their own tickets and their status.
  • You want the price, volume limits and terms in writing for a year in advance.
  • You want all customer data to stay within the EU/EEA and tickets never to be used for AI training, as described on the security page.

How do you test Kundo and Supportifier fairly?

Ask both to show the same thing with your own questions. Since the features resemble each other, it is in the test that the difference shows.

  1. Bring a common question, an exception, a personal question and a question without an answer.
  2. Show what happens when two old sources give different answers. Who decides what applies?
  3. Change a rule and see how quickly the new version is used in all channels.
  4. Ask who writes, reviews and maintains the knowledge after launch, and how many hours it requires from you.
  5. Check export and migration if you already have Kundo.

How a reviewed knowledge base differs from an ordinary FAQ is explained in the article on knowledge bases.

Common questions

What does Kundo cost?

Kundo states on its website that the price starts at SEK 8,000 per month and is adjusted according to users, volume and features. No price list with plans is published. Ask for a quote with your volumes and channels, and compare it with a quote from Supportifier, which starts at SEK 79,000 per year.

Does Kundo have an AI form and AI chat?

Yes. Kundo's website describes an AI form that answers before the form is submitted, AI chat for the website, an agentic help centre and AI support for agents with suggested replies, summaries and translations. So compare how the answers are built, reviewed and kept up to date, not just whether AI exists in every channel.

What sets Supportifier apart from Kundo?

Mostly the delivery. In Supportifier we do the knowledge work during onboarding and connect business systems such as Shopify, Visma Business NXT and PostNord, and the customer portal is a channel of its own. Kundo has a customer forum. Both handle phone and social media in the inbox. Test the differences with your own questions and the same volume.

Should we switch from Kundo?

Not always. If the problem is old or contradictory knowledge, it can be solved in the environment you already have. A switch is reasonable when you need something the current setup does not give you, for example answers based on order data or help building the knowledge, and when the test shows that the difference is worth it.
