A first walkthrough Bring the question you already know by heart.
We start in your support work. Show a recurring question type, tell us where the answers live and which systems the team needs to open. From there we find a reasonable first step.
A walkthrough with Supportifier is a 30-minute conversation about your customer service: which questions recur, where the answers live today and which systems the team needs to open to answer. You do not need to send customer tickets or make an export. After the conversation you know which first step is reasonable and what is needed to assess scope and price.
Pick a time right below. The meeting is 30 minutes, and nothing is booked until you have chosen a time and confirmed.

This is what we go through.
The conversation is about your needs, not about fitting in every feature.
- The questions that take time
- Your channels, approximate ticket volume and where the team repeats the same work.
- The knowledge behind the answers
- Where the answers live today and who can decide what applies.
- A possible first step
- Which flow is worth starting with and what is needed to assess scope and price.
Common questions
How long is the walkthrough?
The walkthrough is a 30-minute conversation about your customer service: which questions recur, where the answers live today and which systems the team needs to open to answer. You pick a time directly in the calendar, and nothing is booked until you have confirmed.
Do we need to prepare anything for the walkthrough?
No. You do not need to send customer tickets or make an export. Feel free to bring a recurring question type, described without personal data, your approximate ticket volume, your main channels and the names of the systems your support team uses.
What happens after the walkthrough with Supportifier?
After the conversation you know which first step is reasonable and what is needed to assess scope and price. Each arrangement is quoted separately. Supportifier costs from SEK 79,000 a year, and the rollout is a separate one-off part.
