FAQ The answers to what you are wondering.

The questions we get most often about Supportifier, with short answers. Each one is covered in more depth on the product pages and in the help centre.

Short answer

Supportifier is a Swedish ticketing system for customer service with AI agents. Email, chat, phone, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram become tickets in one inbox, and the AI agents answer only from your reviewed knowledge base, with a fact check against the source. Pricing follows ticket volume, from $89 a month, with unlimited agents. Customer data is stored within the EU/EEA and is not used to train AI. Here are the answers to the questions we get most often.

01

A straight answer, preferably.

Anyone comparing customer service software wants to know what it costs, where the data goes and whether the AI can be trusted, before any walkthrough. So the answers are here, in the order the questions usually come. For the bigger questions there are Straight answers by topic under Read more, and a 30-minute walkthrough.

Common questions

What is Supportifier?

A ticketing system for customer service with AI agents, developed by Successifier AB in Stockholm. Email, chat, AI form, help centre, customer portal, phone, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram land in one shared inbox. The AI agents answer from a reviewed knowledge base built from what you already have, check every claim against the source and hand over to an agent when the material is missing.

What does Supportifier cost?

From $89 a month for 300 tickets. Four plans differ only in ticket volume, up to 5,000 tickets for $1,299 a month, with ten percent off for yearly billing. Every channel, every AI agent and unlimited agents are included. Prices exclude VAT. Larger volumes and business system connections are quoted.

Do we pay per agent?

No. The price follows how many tickets you handle per month, not how many people work in the system. You can invite the whole team, part-time staff and seasonal agents without the price changing. A ticket is one conversation with a customer, in any channel.

Can we try it for free?

Yes, for seven days without a card. You create the account, import your website, documents and FAQ and see what the AI agents answer from your own knowledge. If you have not paid by day eight the account closes by itself, with no invoice and nothing to cancel.

Where is our customer data stored?

Within the EU/EEA. We make no third-country transfers of customer data in the service. A data processing agreement is signed with every customer as standard and retention is governed by the contract. Customer data is separated per workspace at database level and sign-in uses Google SSO with domain restriction.

Are the AI models trained on our tickets?

No. Customer tickets are not used to train AI models, neither ours nor the provider's. The AI runs on Anthropic's Claude models through their API, and ticket text sent there is not used for training. What the system learns stays in your own account, with personal data removed.

How do we know the AI does not make things up?

The AI agents answer from four sources only: your reviewed knowledge base, the conversation, customer data from connected systems and your instructions. Every answer is fact-checked against the source and labelled Safe, Review or Uncertain. A claim that is not in the source stops the automatic reply, and when the material is missing the AI says so and hands over to an agent.

Which channels are included?

Email from Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP mailbox, live chat with AI, the AI contact form, a public help centre, a customer portal, phone with real-time transcription, and WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram Direct. All in the same inbox. There is no SMS channel, and calls cannot be played back in Supportifier; the transcript is saved, not the audio.

Which systems can Supportifier connect to?

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Viskan ETM, Visma Business NXT and Business Central for orders and customers; Stripe, Qliro and Billecta for payments; PostNord, DHL, DHL Express, DSV, CityMail, Ingrid and Shipmondo for delivery and returns; Voyado for loyalty. Other systems connect through the REST API, a webhook or are built during onboarding.

Can the AI act, not just answer?

Yes, where you switch it on. In Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento the AI can cancel, refund, change an address and, in Shopify, open a return with a return label. In Business Central it can change the ship-to address, void an unpaid invoice and issue a credit note. Every action is off by default, within limits you set, and everything is logged.

Do we have to replace our current helpdesk?

No. An existing system can be a source and a channel, not an obstacle. You can start in one channel, for example the help centre or the chat, and extend what works. If you do want to move, run in parallel, move the knowledge and switch the address last.

Which languages are supported?

The AI answers in the customer's own language regardless of the workspace language, and incoming messages can be translated. The agent app is in Swedish and English. Help centre, chat and form are available in Swedish, English, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish and German.

Where can we read reviews of Supportifier?

Supportifier is listed on G2 and Capterra, where customers leave reviews independently of us. Customer stories with named customers are on this site. If you want to talk to an existing customer before deciding, we arrange it; ask for it at the walkthrough.
