Dixa is a Nordic contact centre platform with phone, email, chat and social channels in one workspace, plus the AI agent Mim. Supportifier is a Swedish knowledge base that drives email, chat, forms, phone and messaging channels, and that is implemented together with you. This comparison is written by Supportifier; the information about Dixa comes from Dixa's own pages and the conclusions are our assessments.
What is Dixa and what is Supportifier?
Dixa is a customer service platform built for contact centres; Supportifier is a ticketing system built around a reviewed knowledge base. Both are Nordic and both have AI that answers customers, but the starting point differs.
According to Dixa's about page, Dixa was founded in Copenhagen in 2015 and is headquartered there, with an office in London. According to Dixa's pricing page, even the smallest plan includes phone, email, forms, chat and social channels, with call queues, call recording, callback and voicemail, as well as a knowledge base, the AI agent Mim, intelligent routing and ready-made integrations with Shopify and Klaviyo.
Supportifier consists of a public help centre, AI form, AI chat and live chat, an inbox with suggested replies, a customer portal, phone built on Amazon Connect, and WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct in the same inbox. All of them use the same knowledge base, which we build from your documents, your website and past tickets. Your team reviews what should apply. How the parts fit together is described on the platform page.
What does Dixa cost in 2026?
Dixa costs from EUR 89 per agent per month, plus EUR 0.40 per conversation handled by the AI agent Mim. This is how the pricing page looked when we checked it on 9 October 2026. The page has a toggle between monthly and annual billing, where annual billing is stated to give a 20 percent discount; check which period the price applies to for you.
| Plan | List price per agent per month | Includes, among other things |
|---|---|---|
| Growth | EUR 89 | Phone, email, chat, forms, social channels, knowledge base, Mim |
| Ultimate | EUR 139 | Routing with external data, knowledge-driven service, skills-based routing, sandbox |
| Prime | EUR 179 | SSO, advanced intent recognition, custom roles, automatic masking of sensitive data |
According to the FAQ on the pricing page, Mim is priced per conversation at a fixed EUR 0.40, with no per-seat fee and no cap. That is a different model from paying per resolution: you pay for every conversation Mim takes, whether or not it is resolved. AI Co-Pilot for agents costs EUR 39 per seat per month, and quality review, automatic QA and call transcription are available as add-ons.
A worked example with list prices: five agents on Growth comes to 5 × 89 × 12 = EUR 5,340 per year. If Mim takes 1,000 conversations a month, add 1,000 × 0.40 × 12 = EUR 4,800. Together EUR 10,140 per year before VAT, add-ons and your own time. Do not mix currencies without a documented exchange rate.
Supportifier starts at SEK 79,000 per year for the smallest customers. The arrangement consists of platform and operations according to agreed scope and volume, implementation and knowledge work as a one-off effort, and any integrations. It is invoiced annually in advance, with price and volume limits in writing before the start. More is on the pricing page.
How do Dixa and Supportifier differ feature by feature?
Both have phone, email, chat and messaging channels. Dixa has more contact centre features, such as call recording, callback and SMS; Supportifier puts the emphasis on delivered knowledge work. The information about Dixa is according to Dixa's website and may differ between plans.
| Area | Dixa | Supportifier |

| AI answers | Mim in chat, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and SMS; EUR 0.40 per conversation | AI agents in chat and forms, suggested replies in the inbox, AI support and notes in phone calls; counted within the agreed volume |
| Knowledge base | Included; Mim reads the help centre, website, PDFs and uploaded files | Built by us during implementation from your sources and used in all channels |
| Review | Your own routines; quality review and automatic QA as add-ons | Every answer is fact-checked against the sources and marked Safe, Review or Uncertain; you choose per category whether answers are sent or suggested |
| Data storage/EU | AWS servers in Ireland with backups at another location in Europe | All customer data within the EU/EEA, no AI training on customer data, data processing agreement (DPA) as standard |
| Swedish | Mim detects the customer's language and answers in it | Swedish company; help centre, chat and forms in Swedish, English, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish and German, and incoming messages can be translated |
| Implementation | Dixa states on its home page that you can go live in days with an existing knowledge base | Separate one-off part of the arrangement; we do the knowledge work, you review |
| Price | EUR 89–179 per agent per month plus Mim | From SEK 79,000 per year, quoted according to scope |
According to Dixa's page on AI and automation, Mim handles refunds, cancellations, tracking and order changes through the tools you connect, and hands over to a human with the full conversation and what it has already tried. The voice channel for Mim is still in beta according to the same page. In Supportifier, the AI can suggest or carry out actions in Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and Business Central, such as cancelling, refunding or changing a delivery address. Every action is switched off until you turn it on.
On data storage, Dixa writes on its data security page that data is stored on Amazon's servers in Ireland and backed up daily at another location in Europe. So both keep data in Europe. In Supportifier, customers' tickets are additionally never used to train AI models, and the language model runs with zero data retention; see the security page.
When is Dixa the better fit?
Dixa is the better fit when you run a large contact centre with many agents on the phone. Then call recording, callback and advanced routing in the same tool as email and chat are worth a lot.
- A large share of contacts comes by phone, and you need call recording, callback and voicemail.
- You have many agents working in shifts and need skills-based routing.
- You need SMS as a channel.
- You have a knowledge base that works and want to get started with AI quickly.
- You want quality review of calls and tickets in the same platform.
When is Supportifier the better fit?
Supportifier is the better fit for teams that want the knowledge built for them and the same reviewed answers used in all channels. That also applies when the phone is one channel among several and calls should become tickets in the same inbox.
- Your customers get in touch by email, chat, forms, phone and social channels, and you want everything in one inbox with the same knowledge behind it.
- You want the vendor to build the knowledge base and your team to review it.
- You want an AI form that resolves the question before it becomes a ticket, and a customer portal where the customer follows their tickets.
- You are a smaller team where price per agent and a fee per conversation become hard to predict.
- The answers should be based on Swedish systems, for example Visma Business NXT, Viskan ETM, Qliro, Billecta or PostNord, which are among the integrations.
How do you compare Dixa and Supportifier fairly?
Use the same questions, the same volume and the same channels in both. If you need call recording or SMS, which Supportifier does not have, count what it costs to solve that part another way.
- Count contacts per channel and month, and how many agents need a login.
- Test common questions, an exception, an order question and a question with no answer.
- Assess whether the AI answers from the right source and hands over when the material is missing.
- Count licences, Mim conversations, add-ons, implementation and your own time for one year and compare with Supportifier's written arrangement.
Why the decisive thing is that a chat does not guess is explained in the article on grounded chatbots.
Common questions
What does Dixa cost?
According to Dixa's pricing page in October 2026, Growth costs EUR 89, Ultimate EUR 139 and Prime EUR 179 per agent per month. The AI agent Mim costs EUR 0.40 per conversation, with no per-seat fee. AI Co-Pilot costs EUR 39 per seat per month. Check whether the price applies to annual or monthly billing.
How does Dixa's pricing model for AI work?
Mim is charged per conversation, not per resolution, at a fixed EUR 0.40. So you pay for every conversation Mim handles, including those handed over to a human. That makes the cost easier to predict per contact, but it grows with volume and, according to Dixa, has no cap.
Where does Dixa store data?
According to Dixa's data security page, data is stored on Amazon's servers in Ireland and backed up daily at another location in Europe. In Supportifier, all customer data is stored within the EU/EEA, and customers' tickets are never used to train AI models. Ask both for a data processing agreement and a list of sub-processors before you decide.
Can we move from Dixa to Supportifier?
You do not need to start from a switch. Supportifier can run alongside Dixa or take over selected channels, since email, chat, forms, phone, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram are in the same inbox. Call recording and SMS are not available in Supportifier. If you do move, run in parallel for a period and move the knowledge, not the ticket history. We go through your channels before we present an arrangement.
