Shared inbox for email, chat, phone and social, for SMBs
Supportifier is a shared inbox for small and medium-sized customer service teams. Email from Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP mailbox, live chat, the AI contact form, phone calls, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram Direct all become tickets in one inbox with owner, status, priority, labels and SLA targets. The AI reads the whole thread and your reviewed knowledge base and drafts a reply the agent reviews and sends. Unlimited agents are included in every plan.
The short answer: Supportifier is a shared inbox for customer service where email, chat, phone, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram all become tickets in one place, with an owner, a status and an AI reply suggestion built from your reviewed knowledge base. It is priced by ticket volume, so unlimited agents are included.
Which channels land in the inbox
- Email from Gmail and Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP/SMTP mailbox. Unread emails become tickets within minutes, and several addresses can feed the same inbox.
- Live chat on your website, where the visitor starts with the AI and can ask for a person. The transcript is saved as a ticket.
- AI contact form, which tries to answer before the question becomes a ticket, and creates one when it cannot.
- Phone, with a softphone in the browser, a phone menu with queues and opening hours, and real-time transcription in Swedish and English shown next to the call. After the call the transcript and an AI note of what was asked and promised are saved on the ticket.
- WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct, with Meta's 24-hour window handled with templates and auto-replies outside opening hours.
- Customer portal, where the customer follows their own tickets with a one-time sign-in link, and an API and inbound webhook for anything else.
There is no SMS channel and no call playback in the tool; Supportifier saves the transcript, not the audio.
How the inbox works
Every ticket has an owner, status, priority, labels and the SLA targets for first reply and resolution that you set per priority, counted in opening hours if you like. The resolution clock pauses while the ticket waits on the customer, and an alert is emailed before a target is missed, not after. Tickets can be assigned to agents or rotated automatically within a team, and the tabs My tickets and Unassigned keep the queue clear. Internal comments, mentions, presence (who is looking at what), merging of duplicates, snooze, quick replies and blocked senders are all there.
What the AI adds
For each ticket the AI reads the whole thread, the customer's previous tickets, your reviewed knowledge base and, when a connection exists, the same customer data the chat sees: orders, deliveries, returns, payments, invoices and loyalty membership. It looks up an order number in the subject or body, and it never shows an order that belongs to another email address. It then lays out a reply suggestion that the agent reviews and sends. By default no email leaves without an agent sending it; the AI sends on its own only in ticket types you have explicitly switched on, and only when the fact check marks the answer as safe.
Every suggestion is fact-checked against the sources, dates, prices, terms and links, and labelled Safe, Review or Uncertain. When the AI cannot answer it notes what it lacked, and those gaps are listed with a button to create the missing article.
Reports and staffing
Reports show volume per channel and category, reply times as medians, backlog and figures per agent. Staffing suggestions per weekday and hour are calculated from actual arrival patterns, handling time and opening hours. Customer satisfaction, thumbs up or down, is tied to the articles used in the answer, so a poor rating points to what to rewrite.
Who it is for
Teams of a few people up to larger departments that answer the same questions in several channels, often in e-commerce, services and SaaS. You do not have to replace your current helpdesk: an existing system can stay as a source and a channel, and you can start with one channel and extend. Pricing is by ticket volume with unlimited agents; see pricing.
